Albert Park – Laneway Bi-Fold Gates

With no front access into the property our clients wanted to work something so they could park their car securely inside their property when they were away.

The back lane-way entrance was a corner meeting of two lane-ways. This made it extremely difficult as they had both limited and restricted space, and therefore standard swing and sliding gates were not options.

Solution:  Combo automatic gates working together.

1 x single trackless bi-fold & 1 x small sliding gate – coming together to form the corner of the property.

The small sliding side gate was set up with pedestrian mode, so it could be used and opened separately as a pedestrian gate.

Properties in Albert Park are extremely rare to find with secure off-street parking. Not only does it add security but property $$$ value.
